"While i was winterizing the unit I took off thr pressure relief valve to speed up the draining process, of course other projects popped up and when I returned i had misplased the valve. I called customer service and we found the diagram of the part and it's number. They wrote up an invoice for everything and a week later I had the part. Good service ! Ron"
