I purchased the 13500

"I purchased the 13500 BTU rooftop AC for my son's 1990 Dodge Explorer van. The unit was relatively easy to install even though it wasn't an ideal situation. Wired it up, turned it on and it cooled it down on a 90 degree day. The best part by far was the customer service. As we were unboxing it we discovered a small split in the cover. My immediate thought was to try and repair it and make it work to avoid the angst of going through the return process. But, I took a few pics and emailed them to customer service. They responded the next day and asked for order number, receipt and model info. Within a week the replacement cover arrived at no cost to me. The communication all the while was responsive and pleasant and the end result exceeded expectations."

The A/C is quiet

"The A/C is quiet as promised. I was very happy with the ease of ordering online, friendly customer service I received when I called with a question, online manuals that helped me with installation."

— Larry S. (5/5)

I purchased 2 of

"I purchased 2 of these to replace my old units on a 1995 RV and they were light weight and very easy to install. both of them arrived with out any problems and they even draw less power than the advertised so I can run both of them on 1 30 amp circuit. the fridge has to be off but it well worth it to have both of them running in the heat down in Moab Utah when we where on vacation with only 30 amp hookup. Thanks for making a good product."

Installed as a replacement

"Installed as a replacement for my original 50 year old Coleman on a 1970 s Prowler camper. The instructions are adequate. Blows cold and power draw is less than my old one. I really liked the thermostat. The thermostat picture is not very good. It is way clearer and easier to read than shows in the picture."

This unit works excellent.

"This unit works excellent. Great for the price. Have only used the AC function. Will be using the heating function in the next few months. Easy install. Easy operation."

This is a nice

"This is a nice unit it's easy to install however it's supposed to come with a bracket to mount the thermostat control on a wall and never includes it in the box it's would be much easier also if it had the knob control option as it can be a knoghmsre to run the extra wires for the wall mount control but this AC units runs smooth and quiet and has a great product warranty that's extendable for another 3 years the air deflector is not as nice as say domestic to control the air flow direction at the ceiling but it does the job none the less my customers like the system vans the attractive appearance of the unit on their rv roof and it's much lighter than a Coleman or recpro unit and most dometic AC units It's light weight and easy to install but it never comes with the wall mounting bracket for the thermostat control it's super quiet and starts very soft and cools very very fast the power controll box is drilled wrong so we always have to drill it out to mount it properly in the AC unit but that's no big deal for us it has a very classy sleek modern appearance and the shroud that covers the unit on the roof is very good quality doesn't feel flimsy Has a great warranty on the product too we sell slot of these and furion units too Fogatti comes complete upper unit controls and inner face plate unlike the bigger brands where every part is seperate and extra money great value for you dollar this Fogatti brand"
