"It's a shame you can't buy the heater with this door; but the sheetmetal work and fit are perfect. Note that our original 15-inch door deployed self-tapping screws to attach the heater to the door flange. . . but that the screw-holes in the 18-inch door were too large for the previous screws to engage the holes. . . so it was necessary to visit the hardware store for eight 8-32 x 0. 375" truss head screws and nuts. Pictured is 0. 5-inch length screws (which are not too long); because that was the best I could do. You need the truss head to minimize infringement upon your opening. Nice door. Fulfilled all our requisites perfectly. Hole image 2 shows additional wood added for Fogatti mounting screws. This piece was both glued and screwed into place."
