"Thank you for promptly helping me diagnose my Fogattti RV water heater and select the proper part. The motherboard replacement solved two of the problems I had with the heater. 1. the main problem occurred when it quit functioning altogether. 2. It had become very difficult to control or change the water temp from the wired keypad, which we had resigned to "living with it" for more than a year. Now, after the simple replacement installation (less than an hour) it works like new."
