Fogatti Authorized Dealer Program Terms

By joining the Fogatti Authorized Dealer Program, Dealers agree to follow the following program guidelines and applicable Fogatti policies.

1. Dealer Pricing Confidentiality

Fogatti provides authorized Dealers with exclusive dealer pricing for eligible products.

Dealer pricing, discounts, and commercial terms are confidential and may not be publicly disclosed, shared with third parties, or used for unauthorized purposes.

Dealer pricing is intended only for the Dealer’s own purchasing and business operations.

2. Online Sales & MAP Policy

Dealers may determine their own resale prices and customer transaction prices.

If Fogatti products are publicly advertised or sold through any online channel, including dealer websites, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or online advertisements, the advertised prices must comply with Fogatti’s current MAP Policy.

MAP requirements apply only to publicly displayed prices.

MAP does not apply to:

· Private customer quotations.

· Negotiated pricing.

· Project pricing.

· Contractor pricing.

· Final transaction prices agreed with customers.

The latest MAP pricing information will be available through the Dealer account or Fogatti’s authorized communication channels.

3. Dealer Support & Benefits

Fogatti supports Dealers with resources designed to help grow their business and provide better customer service.

Dealer benefits may include:

Product & Technical Support

· Installation manuals, technical documents, and troubleshooting resources.

· Product training and installation guidance.

· Parts information and technical assistance.

Business & Marketing Support

· Access to dealer pricing and ordering tools.

· Flexible job-to-job purchasing options without inventory requirements.

· Product flyers, brochures, displays, and marketing materials.

· New product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales support.

· Opportunities to participate in Fogatti marketing activities.

Dealer program benefits may be updated based on product availability, business needs, and program development.

4. Authorized Dealer Responsibilities

Dealers agree to:

· Represent Fogatti products accurately.

· Use Fogatti product information and marketing materials appropriately.

· Follow Fogatti channel and pricing policies.

Unauthorized resale channels, misuse of dealer pricing, or violation of program policies may result in suspension or removal of Dealer program benefits.
